These people once again failed to verbally tell the whole truth. I purchased a $7,300.00 USD Temper Pedic Bed. I was told, as was my wife that we absolutely could return the bed for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. On roughly day 35, I decided the bed was not substantially better than the $4000.00 bed i purchased from them earlier , the prior year. So upon calling to ask to return the bed. They said sir see the fine print. We only take back half the bed, the top half, the the bottom pieces (box spring, and adjustable box springs). WOW is all i can say. The box springs in this case represent roughly $3000.00 dollars of the $7000.00 dollar purchase. Frankly - no consumer is going to read the fine print of the reciept they are given - after making the purchase. In fact, it simply defies all logic. Buying the bed they tell you it is returnable. They hand you a reciept. You have no reason to check the receipt unless you decide to return it. then you find out you have been verbally misled, but they covered there butt with the fine print on the reciept you were not given until after you bought the bed. Dont do the same sucker deal. Never will i shop there again.
