American Law Division
American Law Division Calling stating you have a lawsuit for fraud against the U.S. Treasury Folsom, California
8th of Nov, 2010 by User734409
My daughter received called from a non-speaking English representative. This company then called my business and my mom's phone. Stating my daughter needed to call a.s.a.p. as she had been listed in a lawsuit for fraud against the U.S. Treasury. They called her 5 times in one day and myself 2 times and my Mom once. They claim she is being sued in a NYC court but couldn't give the Court name. My daughter reported to the police and they contacted these people. The representative from American Law Division started yelling at the local police on the phone. The police told them it was a scam and the representative kept yelling at him. They called another time and stated the last four of my daughters social security number. The news and media need to make this public so consumer's are aware.
