American Laser Skincare VERY POOR customer service, no results even with continued treatment and false promises as to when the treatment will begin t

I am writing in to report that I believe that I have been scammed out of $1,600.00 by American Laser Skincare. I must start off by stating that every since I purchased my hair removal package from this company back in July, it has been nothing more than one headache after another. When I first brought the package back in July I was told verbally and in my written contract that I was entitled to 6 treatments on my chin and upper lip as well as my under arms along with a 2 year garuntee. After my first treatment the technician informed me that I needed an appointment within the next four weeks. The branch manager said that there wasn't any appointments available until six weeks. I felt uncomfortable with what I was told and called ( Brittany) the branch manager the next day and asked for a refund because previous hair removal companies never told me anything like this before. She said that I wasn't entitled to a refund unless I had a skin disease or didn't have any treatments at all. In the mean time the hair had began to regrow within two days after the treatment so I had to spend another $100.00 at another salon that actually does have the abilityand equipment to stop the hair form growing up to two months after the treatment. I then contacted my bank and customer service to work towards getting a refund. My bank refunded the money back to my credit card under the grounds of the contract wasn't explained to me in a proper manner. When I did try to get customer service on the phone it was like trying to contact the president because none of my calls ever got returned. A month later the charges showed up on my credit card again and after trying to get it resolved with my bank didn't work I had to try customer service again and for weeks at a time my calls once again were not being returned. I finally got one call from a regional manager who goes by the name of Hillary and that was only because I called customer service about 3 times a day almost everyday. I missed her call and returned her call immediately and again a week went by with no return phone calls. I then left a message on her answering service stating that I would be getting the Better Business Bureu involved along with Consumer Affairs and a possible lawsuit. I then called my credit card company and got the manger involved and whatever she said to Hillary got me to get a call back from her within 20 minutes of their phone call. She offered me free micodermo and a new office to go to with a so called better manger so I would stay with the company .Hillary also told me if there were anymore troubles that she was just a phone call away. She sounded pretty sincere so I accepted and went in for my first treatment at the new office and two days later the hair returned. I called and left a message for Hillary to call me back because of my lousy results and she never got back to me. I expressed my concerns to the new manager (Kim) and she said to give it some time and by the fourth treatment I should see results. I got the next treatment two weeks ago and once again within two days the hair returned. I called Kim twice leaving a message on the answering machine stating that I want my money back and that the treatment isn't working. She never called back instead someone name Lisa called me and said to me that I can't get a refund back and she would use a new machine. I thought that she would give me an on the spot appointment because of the hair returning so soon since that was what my previous salon did but instead she just said we will see you at your next appointment which is not until December. In the mean time I made tons of calls to Hillary with no call backs as usual. I decided to pay a surprise visit to Kim and when I saw her last Friday she had the audacity to tell me that it doesn't look that bad and the way I was acting you would've thought I was growing a beard. I told her your machines are not working this is the third treatment I've had and the hair has returned in two weeks all three times. She then changed her story form what she originally told me when I first complained to she doesn't know whenit's going to start working because it's a slow process and she normally urges customers to purchase two packages to get accurate results. I told her I'm not comfortable with what's going on concerning my results and that I am going to discontinue the hair removal service due to the fact that I have a ton of money involved in this. I finally got a call back from Hillary yesterday after calling customer sevice about twice yesterday morning I missed her call so let's see how long she will take to return my call this time. Please anyone who is looking to use hair removal services don't use this company they are con artist and a waste of time!
