As an ex customer of Alsa Corp. located in Vernon Ca, I have recently bought several thousand dollars of exotic paint and equipment and was promptly told that most of the "chemicals" where out of stock and that my order would not ship for at least 2 weeks. I was okay with this but then 2 weeks turned into 4 weeks and now 2 months later I have yet to receive a straight answer from anyone at that company. I have spoken to several customer service reps., a manager and even the so called owner of the company ike banoun - who then proceeded to cuss me out over the phone and told me to go "fuck my self" then turned the phone over to some poor sap who he then proceeded to yell at so loudly that I cold hear every F-bomb he was dropping. I am currently in the process of suing Alsa just to get my money back but what I really want to do is shut that place down and send everyone to Matrix or House of Kolor. At least they have products in stock and don't treat there customers and employees like shit. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ALSA - MAJOR scam

| Worst customer service of any company, small or large, I've ever dealt with. Often out of stock, often promising to ship when they don't. Bad packaging when they do ship (spillage). Great products, though, usually. I can only speculate that they aren't venting their paint area, and this affects the thinking of personnel at the company. Been this way for years. Sad. |

major disappointment ... placed an order got conformation was told order would ship in a few days, sounds great no worries, call back in a few days for tracking number no clue to what i ordered said they will call right back, no call back, i call back a few days later a guy says they will ship out today cool ! cant wait ... i wait a week still nothing no tracking info nothing !! ... i call them they are searching for order told will call back in alittle bit nope nothing, i call in the next day i tell them im looking for my order i placed 2 weeks ago get put on hold for 8 mins and then they hung up on me, i call back right away the lady says she will call the warehouse ok ill hold for 5 mins, she says bad news they have no stock and wont for a long time, im like ok just refund my money she said im going to take lunch and then i will, still waiting, but thank god i used paypal ...
this was my 1st and last time ! im cool with alittle wait or lead time, things happen but i was lied to multiple times and just not worth it ...
