I paid in advance for an outdoor pool table with a dinning top conversion kit with all the accessories pool cues balls and weather resistant cover for the table
I recieved the table one broken pool cue and all the accessories I pad for which cost about 500.00 I never recieved from the company. I have called them 50-75 times they ignore your calls
basically they advertise a great deal however only deliver the main item and keep the money on the accessories you pay for the table now turns out to be more costly then promised
I paid for additional items i never recieved i have no idea what to do being i live in New York and the company is in Florida.

Wow.. Cheryl to let it be known, you bought a 6000.00 refurbished display model custom outdoor pool table with custom cloth color, custom powder coat finish, free delivery and set up in New York from our factory in Florida a 900.00 value included for free.., free table top insert, accessories and just a host of good stuff for a total i'm talking total everything packaged delivered set up ready to play for $3700.00 delivered and set up why you would complain is beyond any belief but apparently you just couldn't afford to pay about 2200.00 for a $7000.00 pool table deal ! now were the bad people spend more time with your conscience...sorry you feel you paid for things you were given for free..wow save your anger for your drive to work. We have a 1000s of very happy customers and just a handful that wouldnt be happy with anything which is of course where you fall..You are very rude and obnoxious but you are still a customer and we appreciate your business and we feel we have fulfilled all obligations to you plus give you the best possible deal on earth..we hope you enjoy everything and if you need anything feel free to call..
