All Cosmetics Wholesale ACW No customer service, absent Auburn, Washington

It has now been more than a week since I ordered the OCC Lip Tar in Anime from ACW. I sent payment Monday, February 28th and then received a "shipped" email status update on Tuesday, March 1st. I paid extra for priority mail shipping,
2-3 day shipping. I know that it is not guaranteed shipping but it should've been here by Friday, March 4th. Friday was the day I wanted to wear the lipstick since it was my birthday. I had to go out and by something else. I spent another $15.00 on a new product from MAC. I sent an email on Friday asking where my product was and still have yet to receive any response. I called their customer service number Paypal provides on Monday. Still no response. I've never had a company just not respond. Even if it were regular USPS shipping, it would be here by now.

I have spent hundreds here and their customer service is NON EXISTANT, first of all their NARS products are NOT authentic I took them to a NARS counter and the women compared the two their not even remotly the same consistancy or packaging and their were chinese symbols on the packaging, its so sad when I company charges you 23.00 and you think wow what a deal on nars duos and their fake, I would never put this stuff on my eyes who knows what problems I would have. Also on my last order they over chanrged me I contacted them four times over 2 weeks than two more times the third week, I also contacted their facebook fan page where they deleted my post, I have not gotten a rufund I deserve and and out over 100.00 on fake MAC products as well, not to mention often the items arrive broken, this place should be shut downfor complete fraud, buyers beware!!!
