All Coast Auto Transport Dave,Denise,Helen Misled me to believe my car would be shipped,but never found a driver.Refuse to refund my $200.00 deposit.

I received a phone call on Oct 11,2011 from a person name Dave from All Coast Auto Transport. He conveyed to me that they could shipped my vehicle from Long Island New York to Hutto Texas.I told him that I was thinking of using another company as they had quoted me $800.00. He seemed as if he really wanted my business and said that they can shipped my car for $850.00 with a deposit of $200.00. I decided to go with his company and we took care of the contract on line. The first day available for pick up was for 11/1/11. On Oct 20,11 I called All Coast Auto Transport because I had a concern with the invoice where it looked as if I was being charged another two hundred dollars.Also I wanted to know what I could put in my trunk. The person who I spoke to I believe his name was Robert,but not certain reassure me that I would pay what was quoted to me which was $850.00.He than advised me to change the date so that my vehicle would arrived closer or a little later of my arrival. So we changed the date for that day which was Oct 20,2011. On Friday Oct 28,11 I call All Coast Auto to ask when was my car going to be picked up. I spoke with Denise and she relayed to me that they did not have a driver and that she did not know when they would have one. She also said that all her drivers are going to Florida. She reassure me that my car would be picked up to give her some time. On Nov 2,ll I left New York to Texas the next day I called All Coast Auto and spoke to a man name Robert. He took some information from me as to who should be contacted when my car does get picked up. He than said that he would have Denise call me. She did not call. The next day while reading my email I notice an email from All Coast Auto it was another Invoice with the price bumped another $100.00. I called and spoke to Denise and I asked her what was going on. She told me she would send me an email with another invoice with the price that was set from the beginning which was $850.00. I then asked her when were they shipping my car she still had no answer. In between my telephone calls and emails (I have proof of the emails I sent) No one has ever called to tell me they were doing everything to have my car shipped. Saturday Nov 5,11 I called early in the morning this time I spoke to someone name Helen she assured me that they were doing all they can to find a driver. I must have called everyday since that day and would converse with Denise,or Helen on one occasion I asked Denise to please refund my $200.00 so that I can find someone else to shipped my car. She said they do not make refunds. I responded that they have not provided the service that was promised and that I needed my car. On Nov 11 was the first and only time I received a call from All Coast Auto. Denise was the one who called me and she said that she thought she might have a driver,but that he would not do it unless he received $850.00. I responded that they had quoted me $850.00 that I already paid $200.00. She said what if she asked for $150.00 by this time all I wanted was my car. I told her do what you have to do I just want my car. She replied she would call me back.She never did I called later in the afternoon no one answered so I left a message. Saturday 11/12/11 (Saturday) I called All Coast Auto transport and spoke again with Denise and asked her why did she not call me as she promised. She responded "Maria he would not accept that he wants another $200.00. During the time I was speaking with Denise my oldest daughter was searching on line and was talking to a different carrier and was conveying to them what was happening to me. He asked her if he could speak to me. He conveyed to me that they could shipped my car and would only ask for a fee if they did in deed find a driver. I was so frustrated by this time and told him to please ship my car. I called Denise and told her to remove my name from central dispatched because they have failed to provide me with their service and I felt that they were a fraudulent company. I also told her that I was going to report them to the BBB in which I did. My car was shipped six days later with a different company. I don't understand why All Coast Auto Transport could not ship my car. It was going on a month and it should not take that long. I am very upset because I feel that this company does not operate with integrity. I'm upset because they never responded to my emails,or even attempted to call me to let me know of the status.
