I made 2 orders. 1) order number 1010318756 on the 25/6/12, then I was told the order has been frozen, closed and my money refunded, but till date my bank says no such money has been refunded.
2) order number 1010321703 on the 25/6/12, then I was told the order has been shipped, but till date, I am yet to receive the order. Worst still, today July 10, 2012 all the attempts that i made to sign into my aliexpress account keep returning me to fill the sign on form. What is happening?

i have been buying on Aliexpress, but there are two escalated dispute orders and NO ONE has responded from aliexpress, it has been more than 40 days ?? the seller has refused and is guilty. But i have recieved no email nothing from you. why there is no email ID for help .Eva does not help and takes you round and round . please help . I have purchased an item with Order NO:60055724333002 from Aliexpress on August 21, 2013 and after 45 days I have opened a dispute, unfortunately the case was closed without my knowledge. I am sorry to say that, if the supplier or seller is not reliable the protection from Aliexpress is very weak. I am from Sri Lanka. I ordered through Aliexpress a set of bedroom linen on 12 April and paid USD20.63.through Master Card.
I received an email from Aliexpress transaction service @service.alibab.com on 23rd April 2014 that the order has been cancelled as the seller is suspicious. Order No is 61763232031947 and my money will be refunded. I sent so many reminders to the service address but it was rejected.I need their mailing address please.
