| In my opinion, this is one of the worst attorneys in New York. First of all, he's working out of some office space where his name isn't on the door. Red flag number one. Second, he's not from America. He attend school in Africa. Red flag number two. His advancing age is an act. He comes off as a kindly old man. He's anything but...He's really just a poor excuse for an attorney seeking only to drain the client dry without delivering on his promises. And he makes them. His courtroom skills are zero. Stumbling, stammering, unable to string a sentence together, no respect shown to him by the judge, other attorney, or court staff. Supposedly studied my file but could not communicate it to the judge in any of the three court appearances. If you have a family law case, it's my opinion as a former client of this guy that any other attorney would have been better. The Bronx Free Legal Clinic provides better services than Albie Myburgh. |
