| I had been called for several months by a gentleman by the name of Christin who said that he noticed that I had inquired about a loan modification through Alarcon Law Group. He stated that he would be happy to see if I would qualify for a loan modification. I send them the documents that he required and after sending the required documents, I decided to goggle the company. I immediately called the company back and told them to cancel my request for the modification. At this point, the person by the name of Christin had my bank information. I sent the forms back with cancel written on all of the forms. I had 5 days to cancel and in this case, I canceled in less that 24 hours. They took 1, 486.00 out of my account. They also had some fraud to call me and say that they were ready to start working on my account. I told her that I had cancelled and wanted my money back. I have tried calling and nobody answers the phone. I want my money and I want to take the low-down want to be attorneys to court. Will someone please take this case. |

Contact the NYS Bar association and file a complaint regarding Mr. Alarcon. Also contact your local attorney general, as I can only assume you do not live in NY.
Call them back & let them know the complaints have been filed-guarantee you'll have your refund. |

I have been working with Alacron an assoc going on 8 months now. with no reslove to getting my moditcation. I feel i was not qualified properly by the name of Dereck Randell the in take person which he said I qualifed then i didnt now i was told i was need to pay 900.00 per month to show good standing with the bank to show i could pay a reduced amount. Well come to find out it was there fee for there service so i have paid over 3000.00 which could have gone towerd my mortgage. Now i have recieved a letter from a firm repersenting the the mortage company which i feel now im going to lose my house which ive been trying to keep. I made a promise to my kids an my mother who i took into live with me. Because i made a promise to her not to put her in a home now im going to loses my home. I feel i have not been told the truth an now heading for forcloser. An no verble contact at all only by e-mail to Mr.Tim Butler. I feel sick an would like answers.

I have been working with Alakon and Associates (RMA Legal Network) since January of this year and I feel like I have been lied to from the beginning and was told that I could get my house payments cut in half by Lori DeCro, when it came to the lawyer (DoriAnn Wright) reviewing my file I had already sent all the information that they had asked for and was told I could pay $840.00 for three months and retain a lawyer to work with my mortgage company or I could pay $550.00 and do it myself. However, this lawyer would not communicate with me like I thought she would, nor did she not return many phone calls. I plan on calling the better business bureau to notify them of this companys poor service and that I am very disappointed with the service I received. I did pay this lawyer $2520.00, but for what? I finally spoke with my mortgage company and saved my home and if I had known about this company before hand I would have paid $2520.00 toward my home. I would like some answers why I was done this way.

I obtained services from RMA Legal Network (Rory M Alacon) in March 2013. I was told about a new program under the Obama Administration. They told me they could lower my mortgage down to 1, 400 a month with a loan modification. They told me their services was better than NACA. I spoke with a Lori Decro, Lisa Callister, Tiffiny Clark and Angela Sarvis (Negotiator) who claimed to be working on my file. This went on for over a year and they also told me they could stop foreclosure if that occurred. Well once I received the letter of Intent to Foreclose and tried contacting them, I got no answer by phone or e-mail. I contacted the BBB and got no help. I then contacted the Attorney General's Office in NY who has now forwarded my case to the Grievance Committee in NY. I have recently filed a Application for reimbursement with The Lawyer's Fund for Client Protection. I will also be filing a complaint with the NY Bar Association. As a result, in order to keep from loosing my home to foreclosure, I am now selling my home through a short sale. I am not on embarrased by this fraudulent situation, I feel humiliated, victimized and violated. I feel that everyone involved in these activities should not only receive their money back, but be compensated for the pain and sufferering this has caused. I was told not to pay my mortgage as they are successfull in helping people get an affordable mortgage.
