When I first started working for Akhil Chandoke at BestLink, LLC. Registered DirecTv installers of Multiband, everything was going well. I was getting paid on time and in the correct amounts. Everything was working well until the business started to fall apart there was a discussion of selling the business and contract over to the managers. When things didn't go as Akhil had wanted them to, he shut down the contract and didn't mention to tell me anything about it until he had done it. He made the decision in one day and that put more than 10 people out of business and without income. I should have stopped working for him a long time ago. When he didn't pay me on December 9th, this is the day he said I would be paid after waiting 3 weeks, he decided he would shut down the contract with DirecTv and didn't answer his phone for the first 3 hours I called him. Then when he finally called me back he said he would pay me on the 12th. I was ok with that but I wanted to know when I would get the rest of the money I was owed. I didn't receive that final amount until I had practically harrassed him looking for an answer, he hung up on me and would go weeks without answering the emails, all I wanted to know is when I would be expecting the last payment from him. My last and final paycheck arrived on December 28th, Exactly a month after I stopped working for Akhil in his company. This is my story, there are several more from technicians who he didn't pay or would take money from or even better, one in particular where he wrote a check for that technician and it bounced. Needless to say, Akhil is not someone you want to work for, take the advice that I should have taken a long time ago. |
