| Where should I start with this "company?" I ordered the Air Force 1 DJ Premiers. They charge exactly the same amount for their Air Forces as real Air Forces cost, but they are based out of China and I figured that they would be fake even though they advertise their products as 100% authentic. I ordered the shoes with the expectation that they would be fake shoes, but I accepted that because the Premiers are very hard to find Air Forces. When the shoes came in, their authenticity was not the only problem. They sent me the complete wrong shoe. Not only that, but the product in the box didn't match the product listed on the box. So to break it down, I ordered DJ Premiers, received black with white check inside a white on white box. After sending emails with pictures proving the mess-up and asking how we could fix tue problem, here is the exact email I received in return: dear friend, sorry for delay. I checked the matter through the pics you have sent to us ,and i have contacted with our local post office,and we must make a apologise to you ,the postman had mixed up your order with some other orders. We are sorry to let this silly mistake happen which bring you inconvenience.we are all self-accusation and hope you can understand.We give the right items to the express company and they shipped the wrong items to you,I called thems for compensation and they did not reply me.I am sad about that.you are friendly people,I think that you would understand me. I have checked for you ,the items you got are popular and more expensive than those you got.you could use them because the size is right.i promise you would use them for a long time.And as to make this up to you,we will offer you 20% discounts for your next order if you can keep the item you have got yet.Could you accept this preference? besides,we can exchange the shoes for you,but personally,it is not worthwile for you,you can imagine the procedure is complicated,it will cost you some time and money as the shipping time is long,and the shipping is rather high(the fee is at your cost,we have paid the shipping fee when we sent the order to you)ihope you can consider my advice,you can keep the shoes,and place a new order with the 20% discount we offer to you.thanks Pls understand Thank you best regard sincerely First of all, the black with white check is not at all a more expensive shoe in real life or on their site. So I'm stuck with the option of paying $20+ to ship it back to China and pray they send the right one this time or try ordering it again with a 20% discount and trust these clowns will send the right ones.
