In April 2011 i bought a smart car from this dealer through ebay as per their advertisement that they will be helping in shipping of the car however after they received the full amount of money $11000 by money order they showed their truly unprofessional side which is false advertisement they said we tried to ship it and we couldn't and i have to ship it my self else i would have to pay storage fee until its picked up by a transporter something that made me pay $1000 for shipping instead of $550 that i was promised by them that they would ship it for..thats in addition of the rudeness of the owner called klemens replying to me as if i am begging my fully paid car from him By the way i found 2 similar complaints regarding the same transport issue filed with BBB against the same company has a bad history in that the other thing is that they put a false report online on ebay that no scratch in the car when the car arrived i found a big dent and scratch in the right back corner of the car that was never disclosed in their advertisement the last thing is even though i called Mr klemens the dealer and made sure before he sent the car to send the 2 keys of it he sent only one and when i tried to contact him afterwards to send the other one but he never did The last thing this huy has true racial discrimination issues even though he is from Germany himself not even born in usa he would treat any body who is not white as if he is rubbish DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP DISHONEST DISHONEST DISHONET
NB: I DID EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ON THEM ONLINE TOO I DIDNT FIND A SINGLE REVIEW ABOUT THEM THAT IS NOT NEGATIVE AND THEY ARE ALL FOR THE SAME DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE
