I 'M IN FLORIDA WORK IN DIFFERENTS SUSHI BAR FOR AFC FC'S AND IS TRUE THAT WE ARE UNDER MAFIA PERSON WHO MADE MANY UNDER U.S.A HE USE US LIKE SCORIA ,LIKE ANIMAL , WHEN PAUL DANSUNANKUL SUPERVISOR CAME TO CHECK STORE HE CAME LIKE A POLICE THAT NEED TO MADE $$$$ FROM US FOR THIS MONTHZ IS LIKE MANDATORY .HE MADE A BIG PROBLEMS IN SECOND AND CHARGE US A WARNNING OF $500.00 ,450,00
he is clear to said that he dont like woman in bussiness ? because we argument.
we fired for sales for owner family support that why ,but maybe he came from the moom
this supervisor was employee in crazy buffete in tampa, maybe a woman give him lay off and now he get allerget to woman
In 10 years with have 3 supervison but never 1 like this pig .
thank you to the al publix's customer that buy sushi and really dont know the sad history to the employee that represent AFC company . |

In Reference To Publix Store # 890
Attention: Gloria Isaac
I am writing this letter to give you detail information of the violations write ups and the forcing of my signature of a requesting for a Mutual Termination of store Publix store # 890.
On 08/04/2001 Violation number 10 states Found Sushi Chef eating and drinking in Sushi Bar working bar. (I do not eat and drink in work area.). Along with this violation there were other non critical violations written up.
Written on violation sheet it is stated that F/C will be re-train to correct all above violations. Re-training with the charge of $450.00 will apply. The $450.00 has already been deducted from my check and to this date Paul has not re-trained me.
On 08/05/2011 Paul was back to store # 890 all violations were taken care of. On AFCFC inspection report no violation noted at time of inspection # 39 is circled and on the bottom is stated Note store manager Todd satisfies with Sushi Bar clean up.
A few days later Paul told my friend to let me know that he wants me sign a mutual Termination on Friday August 11, 2011 and if I didn’t sign the mutual Termination that he would take my two stores from me and give me immediately termination and if he put someone else in the store he would charge me $450.00 per day.
On August 11, 2011 Paul came to the store and wrote up violations and asked me to sign mutual Termination and I was confused so Paul said to go to my friends Publix and have her explain to me. I meet Paul at her store and she explained it to me and Paul wrote on a plan piece of paper Requesting mutual termination of Publix 890 Sushi Bar. I signed the piece of paper because I was being threaten and was told if I didn’t sign the paper that I would lose my other store.
I have had a sushi bar in Publix for Twelve years and have not had any critical violations. All of the prior violations have been corrected and all management at Publix 890 is satisfied with everything.
Since August 11, 2011 I have not seen or spoken to Paul and have contacted my legal advisor and have been advised that the $450.00 deduction is not legal along with the threat of taking both of my stores and the note is not a legal document. My legal advisor has stated that these are tactics to force the contractor out. I am not requesting a mutual termination and have not in the past, please disregard
I am requesting for this matter to be taken care of immediately before legal action has to be taken.

I was working for Chang J, Lu and his uncle approximate 10 years . I saw many
Supervisor in al this time but never one so nasty, Aggressive, a liar,
intelligent and manipulative concerned and dirty like Paul Dansunankul
Why I said like that?
Well I see how he cook his owner history twice time in 2 different's sushi
bar in, Brandon and Riverview are in Florida, for Personal Convenience
O maybe his cash convincing connections?
#1 He have allergy to be communication with woman he said woman always
argument.are problematic's? I guess he never have mother o sister?
#2 He love to write a lot Complains that he already create in his personal propos it dream, for made look bad person and good for him. He know the rule and what he can to focus for made damage with the right witting Complain ( maybe he not good in his last job, and this is his opportunity to hit every one ?
Paul, give authorization to Seafood Manager that have personal problem with sushi staff before, that came every morning and keep motorization at sushi product inside and dry staff? plus call o write him? he open the door to access to made more conflict to sushi job inside the Publix
In my case, he ask me that any thing wrong, send e-mail to him and he tell Mark Seafood manager that any thing that he don't like from Chang j, lu he cut his light, his life here because he have powder, like move 1 finger and is al?
Chang Lu was a wonderful sales, a good man, a good humanity, he give a 95% of his time to Sushi bar. I said 98 % because he use the 2% for eat, and sleep but was Criminal that Paul made trouble to him and write complain unnecessary, and charge thousands money in warning plus made him to buy more NFC container, when really he have other proposes in his mind?
Different Supervisor have different way to made business look better and save more. we do the correct way what we was training before, Paul don't like many way from AFC that why he have the propos it to cleansing al person and training his way. ( for me opinion The company need to listened al kind the Complain and wash him what is his idea o his secret business behind the roof o the table?? )
When I was employee I saw different's face the person who came after close hours only for look the sushi style? and was ASIA person that not are own customer and don't buy sushi? this was my alert that something look wrong o sales the business.?
One date termination the my days like illegal person, :( like a garish, he kill my salary, my rent my gas, my only income ? Why? I put me out with not notice on time ? this is wrong for me o unemployment offices What I do wrong? He never get any report from not body from me? was because I am a Woman, Hispanics ?
Well, I star to help CHI- Lai in other Sushi bar and he get mad again, I was buy Publix fresh fried onion and get the recipe but I star to use right a way for a customer and take from my hand and throw up in the garish because the first step is date on? this was very ridicule from him to made me look stumper in from to a sales and customer ?
Other note the excessive powder in him is that he send to was the sushi displace and when I finish I ready loss 2 hours sales because he don't want the sushi o put after he be back from his lunch outside he made scared him terrorization and stress hrs. What kind the person is him?
#3 I have certification for Florida handle food for 5 years, plus my card . and I ask him for sushi ID.
He said, send me e-mail and I came back and took a picture, ?
When he came back, he said the he don't make me the Id for work for Lai chi, only if I accept to work for him friend in store 663 ? Because if customer see me he don't loss sales?
but I can understand ? he put me out with not reason and now want to punch me aggressive way to return under his condition.? this is America . He can manipulation to me like that.
He said that if I going there The person will paid me better salary. I not give him any complain about my others jobs? this Supervision need v to stop the
Threatening or least forcing opportunist sign paper done by the same idea that he panicky to came to store We are in rush, nervous and don't want to hold him longer in the store in front customers and Public Manager and the faster way is sing his complain, for let him to leave, bad idea because when we read the report is not same that hi talk by his mouth and always he repeat don't worry I am on you side.
yea in what side? He look the Sushi bar enemies, is in side walk side the stress.
Well was a pleasured to work for AFC before but my Complain is for made you open you eyes ear in this Supervisor way, because many Court will be waiting for this Company if he keep heronry way and character aggressive to the person how give a lot money to AFC.
Many person keep in silence, because the company like this Paul and the sum $$$ the warning, but a Attorney can made more money from this case and is not only from CHANG Lu and CHI -LAI, I am can be one angry person who made him to be calm down.
