American Education Services a.k.a. AES is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with ever!!!! I don't know how they are still functioning, if you even want to call it that. A class action lawsuit should have and should be put together because I am sure others are getting screwed royally from a company that when you speak to some of the morons that are working there including the supervisors, don't know what the hell is going on with my account and if you are unlucky enough to have to call back and talk to the same person that helped you, forget that. Nobody else that you get to on the phone as any idea of what just happened or who you spoke to or any sensable information to help you out. Nobody seems to be connected to the same, one, computer to simply punch up your information and it's there in front of whomever you might be talking to at this lame, terribly unprofessional, disorganized, disaster. It's so simple, as one plus one equalling two. I personally have been given so many stories already I truly stopped making payments. Let them sue me because right now I am so seriously disgusted and fed up with all the dumb, morons that keep screwing me up, changing information and not any of them having the same information twice. Even the collection agencies which I had the previlage of talking to, know the mess they are because of what they have told me and the people they deal with that have told them. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DISASTER, CORRUPT BUNCH OF BUFFOONS THAT CAN ALL GO TO H*LL!!!! Come get me I am waiting..........................
