I was hired and trained by Jarod Faulk, the technical trainer. He stated the company really dosent want me to know how to repair an air conditioner, the company needs you to be able to sell something. preferrably a whole new split system A/C. He stated that 99% of the time the unit may not be operating normally because of a .99 cent capacitor which I will sell for $350+. But I will not be employeed in this industry for long if thats what I sell this customer. I need to undo wiring, short electrical parts out by jumping with a screw driver. I then have to present the homeowner with replacement options and financing options. I AM NOT TO LEAVE THE HOUSE UNTIL THE SYSTEM IS SOLD, NEVER TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER, REBUTTAL ANY OBJECTIONS UNTIL THE OFFICE (JUSTIN HARRELL) HAS RAN THEIR CREDIT SIX TO SEVEN TIMES!!!!! I couldnt believe what I was hearing! So I approached the owner Marek Stroz and he aggreed, He said "If you dont think you can handle it, Maybe you should leave now!" Can you believe this POS!!! Foreigner from russia! So beware before you have anyone from Advanced Air Solutions Inc. Ever enter your home! They are all Crooks and Scam Artists! They have been trained to malfunction your equipment and sell you an expensive replacement! Their sales techs make $150k/Year and up or they are "let go" because they arent making the company enough money.
