Adenotrex Elite Athlete Systems automatically enrolls in an auto-billing for no product internet

My husband decided to 'upgrade' his current Vertical Jump 'system' for only the shipping cost of $9.95, and declined the 'auto-ship' of supplements for $79.95. Well, they decided to charge the $79.95 anyway, and 3 times per month about 10 days apart. I noticed them on the second credit card statement - went through their website recommendation of emailing them with our 'order number' the amount and dates of the charges. I was told that the 5 charges would be credited by the end of the month. Well, they credited 2 and added 3 new ones. I went back and forth for another month trying to get ALL the charges credited, and they kept telling me that the bank would resolve it at the end of the month. That month came and went - so I contacted my credit card directly and opened up a claim. They issued a temporary credit and opened an investigation on the Adenotrex.com charges. As soon as that temporary credit was issued, the charges started showing up again under Elite Athlete Systems in Pasadena, CA & Miami, FL - categorized under 2 different categories on my statement. 3 the first month - now 7 more this month! I called my credit card immediately - and have had to cancel my credit card and get a new account number issued! Don't bother contacting Adenotrex for credits - go STRAIGHT to your credit card company!
