Adam Herrick is a con artist and a liar. He skipped out on a 1 year lease after 2 months. He was always late on his rent. He owes me for two month so far plus damages and clean up. He will charm you with his story. Do not trust him. He is a liar. Do not rent to him. He is a used car salesman for Jim Click Hundai in Tucson. He has a good job but refuses to pay his debt. |

I am Adam Herrick and this is not an accurate story. I did sign a lease for one year that included a First/Last/Security of $1300.00 x3. I moved in February and by June had discovered that my girlfriend who I moved to this city to be with was seeing other people. I am new to the car sales industry and did struggle each month in my new job to come up with enough money by the 1st of each month. After discovering the truth about my girlfriend I chose to leave my dealership and move to a smaller place. I gave notice and this landlord had PLENTY of money in my security deposit and last months rent to cover his expenses. There was NO damage and I have never received so much as a picture of anything indicating differently. This landlord manages the property (somewhat poorly) for his older brother who is the one with the REAL money in their partnership and he is upset that he was made to look like he couldn't manage the property effectively in his brother's eyes. This landlord has my email address, phone numbers, etc and NEVER tries to contact me...but DID, however, attempt to contact my sister and friends via "FACEBOOK" to collect the money he thinks is owed. He has $2600.00 of mine that I will NEVER see again for whatever days and damages he thinks he may be owed. THANKS FOR TRYING TO DEFACE MY CHARACTER |

Adam, you are a liar. You signed a lease, you broke your lease and you are resposible for damages, cleaning costs, unpaid rent, and other cost I paid to get the house ready to rent to some one else. I have a lawsuit pending as soon as I can find you. You gave me NO NOTICE. I had to file a notice to vacate and evict you! You own money to Tucson Electric, Tucson Water, Qwest etc... for unpaid bills. You are a DEADBEAT tenant period. Do not trust or rent to Adam Herrick. I tried to contact you repeatedly. I have photographs of the crap and mess you left behind. I have receipts for all the repairs I made. Man up and take responsibilty. You still owe me $2500. |

Water, Electric AND Qwest were all voluntarily in my roommates name of Adam Liebert - this is easily documented. I have responded and argued your "lawsuit" (by the way, nice try at faking the use of a legitimate "server" - someone who found me solely because you stalk me on facebook) in time and accordance to law and refuse to pay you another dime. I'm sorry you feel the need to slander my name and character while still NOT providing me with any documentation or notice of "damages" and refuse to accept your irresponsibility and embarrassment to your brother and now wife for poor management of MY assets and your lack of knowledge of Arizona tenant/landlord laws. Shall I post how you promised carpet cleaning and closet build outs that never occurred until I myself PAID FOR THEM OUT OF POCKET to which you responded by not only refusing receipts but requiring that I install them and merely take the costs out of my rent??? Or that you NEVER responded to a single request to have the floors, ac unit, dishwasher OR hot water heater fixed? Have I ONCE slandered YOU for being an unresponsive and ignorant landlord? I hope you are happy - my name is compromised and yet you sit comfortably holding on to my 2600 which by law YOU OWE ME at LEAST half of?!?!?!? Let's keep this up buddy...really mature. |

HERE ARE THE FACTS INCLUDED IN MY LAWSUIT. THERE IS NO BASIS FOR ANYTHING YOU SAY IN YOUR ABOVE COMMENTS. I AM AN EXCEPTIONAL LANDLORD RESPONSIVE TO ANY OF MY TENANTS REQUEST. THE HOUSE WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION WHEN YOU MOVED IN. YOU BROKE THE LEASE AFTER ONLY TWO MONTHS. I HAD TO START THE EVICTION PROCESS TO GET YOU TO VACATE AFTER YOU DID NOT PAY JUNE RENT AND YOU STAYED UNTILL JUNE 23,
5 DAYS BEFORE THE EVICTION HEARING. I WILL GLADLY SEND YOU ALL THE RECEIPTS AND PHOTOS FOR THE MONEY YOU OWE. STOP WASTING YOUR TIME WITH YOUR STUPID COMMENTS

GOOD LUCK GETTING A LOAN, CREDIT CARD ANOTHER RENTAL, OR OTHER CREDIT. KARMA SEEMS TO HAVE CAUGHT UP TO YOU I SEE. I HOPE YOU GET BETTER AND DECIDE TO PAY YOUR DEBTS. |
