ACS Legal Services ACLS Repeated calls from James Johnson, Mike Jones, and others threatining my home and work California, Internet

I have been continually harrassed by people claiming to be Law Enforcement personnell from ACS/ACLS and they are claiming that a lawsuit is pending against my social security number, name and address. They say that if I don't respond that they cannot guarantee what may happen to me or my address. these people are talking very broken English and I have checked several of the phone numbers they have left, which turn out to be mostly cell phones in New York City, Mass, NJ. I have spoken to these people, told them that I know that they are a fraud and that they have been turned over to the Attorney General in my state, they will stop calling for a week or two and then start up again. Does anyone have any idea other than changing my number on how to get these people to quit calling me. I would appreciate any information anyone can give me. They are harrassing my friends, and really are starting to pee me off.

The very same thing has happened to me. Now not only are they calling at home but also on my job. The best they can do is give me the last 4 digits of my socail, home address, place of employment and Bank name. I was shocked. I did not know where they would get that much information. They always have a varied script of "fear" and intimidation. Someone advised me that the next time they called to say that you are going to place a hex on them and their family. Apparently they do not like this. I received 3 calls at home and 2 at work on the same day. UGH!
