ACS INC called many times at my work and on my cell phone advising to return their call immediately or legal action would be taken aqainst me, they

received a call from a middle eastern sounding male advising his name was doug black with the attorney generals office of california and i need to call him back immediately about an action filed against me failure to do so would mean arrest for internet fraud and possible court marshall, how can i be courtmarshalled i am not in the military. another call same voice calling himself alfred smith with an attorneys office same message, call immediately to avoid prosecution in a case filed in my name and social security number. has called many, many times on my cell phone and at my job, harassing my co workers as well as my boss, when confronted by my boss and told not to call back again, he cursed him. he also calls one of my co workers on her cell phone and at our job same m.o. same messages same threats at one point she spoke to him he demanded her debit card number for payment of the debt. she and I both applied for a small personal loan about the same time this is apparently where they are getting our information. this is embarrasing as well as aggravating being harrassed by this man or men. i am tired of explain that i don't own these people. today my coworker got a message sent to her via her e-mail threatening her again and that she owed 986.45, there is another woman who left a similar message such as this with her owing the exact same amount. we need for this to stop, it is ridiculous.
