Unfortunately, ACN will not return any of the money they have stoled from him, which is about $700.00 (not to mention the time wasted and embarrassment). ACN will not let him return a brand new video phone (still in box) which cost $200. ACN's policy is only a THREE day return from shipping date! Come on! It took two days from North Carolina to Ohio to get to my house. We had ONE day to work with.

They also will not refund a $500 membership fee because he didn't act within ten days of joining. He was NEVER informed of this by his "trained" rep.

The part that really bothers me is that this "friend" that recruited my husband did not tell him all the details-terms, policies, and regulations. I had to research it myself, but by then it was too late. That's how they get you.

I won't give up trying to recover our money. Christmas is in two weeks and we would really like our hard earned $700 back!
