| Last year ,about this time, I received a threatening call from someone claiming to be a lawyer named John Smith. He stated that I owed CashNet Payday Loans, which I did not. At the time, my husband was in a Hospice Center, so I never questioned that it was a scam. He stole $310.00 from me. This year, I received a call(s) from this same company, a John Ricardo, ACLS,claiming that I had reneighed on a loan and that I owed $518.00, again, because I was not aware of the scam, he got another $300.00. I contacted a paralegal, and was made aware of the scam. These are crooks that speak broken english and they are getting away with stealing from myself and so many others. It is very strange that the last two times that I have been contacted, no number came up. |

| I myself was not aware if the scam. They got me for $589.98. I was forced to pay and sign a written authorization when they threatened me there was a case against me and that I would go to jail. The thought of going to jail while going thru a divorce killed me, so I paid. Now the bank is on the merchant's side and stated they gas proof. Broken English speaking "lawyers" "Craig Miller" stated they'd furnish documents of my case or warrant number. Haven't seen any paperwork at all from these people. Begged and pleaded to CHASE and even conferenced the call, CHASE just listened didn't step in at all. It's unfortunate these big banks can side their merchants rather than the customers that keeps them in business. |

| I understand where your coming from, I have been getting calls from them also ACLS, and they all have broke english like they are from pakisian or somewhere out there in no where land, they have been harassing me and my family trying to collect money from me but hell no !! I get phone calls on my phone and it says unknown or a bunch of numbers that don't even look like a telephone number, I always deal directly with the company itself this way you know what your up against too ! These's guys have to be stopped just like all the freaking scammers out, and they are stupid enough to give you there phone # too and names which dont sound brite. I had one call me today saying he was from new yrk, and they had broken english too and you can hear alot of backround noise, claiming they were calling from a attoney's office yeah ok, when did anyone hear a attoney using a cell phone for a bussiness phone !!! Haven't heard anything back from that guy yet since I told him that someone else was call me from another state about the same shit, gave him their number they left and he said he would call me back... haven't heard nothing so far they all must be fucking cousin's or something they all breed like rabbits anyways !!! | These people are still around and trying the same scam. I was lucky that I was aware of them. When he told me I would be arrested for the three charges against me I told him to come to my job and get me. He hung up on me. The funny part is that I kept calling him back and they would never answer the phone. |
