Access Annuity-leads advertises pre set appointments with qualified potential investors through their calling methodology. Prospects will be receptive to the call and have an interest in investing and an appointment will be set ahead of my call to confirm. I paid over $600 for twenty prospects in specified zip codes.
They did nothing except send two e mails suggesting that I initiate a call the persons shown in the e mails. One person it appears works full time in Manhattan (not one of my zip codes)and never heard of them, the other person in my zip code never heard of them or me. They were completely non receptive. This after having cashed my check a month earlier. I cancelled and requested a refund but guess what? No reply and when I call the phone rings then disconnects. Watch out for these people.

They set no appointments for me. They sent me 3 emails with names of people to contact. None of them qualified, (no money to invest ). I talked with them about a refund 2 or 3 times. Nick asked me to give it a little more time. I gave him additional time and additional zip codes and nothing happend. I emailed Nick to ask him how he was doing wit the additional zip codes and got no reply. I called the # today 4-6-2011 and the # is no longer in service.
I wonder how many peopled they screwed. I got beat out of $600, no big deal. Moreover, I wonder if they feel bad or if they are laughing and moving on to the next scam. |

My experience was very similar to that above. No appts after three months of consistently imputting my calendar info. I'm out $650 I guess. Stay away from this rip-off! |

I too was scammed by these guys. I gave them $650 in December and got two contacts. from December to end of April, I only got 2 names, no appointments. When I was finally able to speak with 1 guy, he told me that he was never contacted by anyone in my office. I got aggrivated and decided to call the 1-877 number to ask for a refund. The number no longer worked. I also sent a nasty email asking for a refund and threatening legal action but did not get a response.
It is annoying to lose the money but can ultimately be replaced.
It is amazing how people are able to live with themselves and conduct themselves in such a manner. |
