Ripoff Artist at work under new name of AC4Life with website of . Formerly did business as AC Direct , until bankruptcy in 2010 with numerous consumer complaints with BBB, State Attorney Office, Local District Attorney, Florida Dept of Professional Regulation. President is Mike Haines a/k/a michael haines. Same guy charged with Ripoff and fraud in Arizona and California with companies doing business as Sungate Energy Solutions where he is COO , changed name from American Home Craft. Companies like these make it tough for honest companies. Good idea RTC but it may be too late if they file for protection under bankruptcy laws. How do you check bankruptcy filings? I found the same thing... Mike Hains is the registered agent of the company. Says he also "PD" I wonder if that stands for "President? Florida Profit Corporation

| In June 2011 Michael Haines says he is not the same Mike Haines as reported in the above California and Arizona matters. In May 2011 Michael L. Haines also states that if you were a customer to please call him at AC4Life, Inc 407-951-8908 ( website www.ac4life.com ) and he will resolve any outstanding issues. Based on those statements to me from Michael L. Haines he is not a ripoff artist, and was not the guy associated with ripoffs and frauds in California & Orlando, Original report filed by [email protected] on 5/25/11 . |

| This blatantly untrue complaint was fraudulently posted by a competitor by the name of Wade Helms. He runs a company called Edd Helms Group in south Florida. Their website is www.eddhelms.com. One of their services is air conditioning and heating. They appear to be a perfectly legitimate company and our attorney and we cannot figure out why he would resort to this tactic. We did absolutely nothing to this person or his company and do not deserve this sort of unhanded dirt slinging. We have filed a lawsuit against Wade Helms and his company. A copy of the suit and complaint is available to anyone who would like to see it. Our website is www.acdirect.com. His retraction falls far short of mitigating the damage he has imposed on our business and reputation. I will update this post when I have more information concerning the outcome of the suit against Wade Helms and his company, Edd Helms Group. |

| Mr. Helms has offered a monetary settlement for his false posting about our company and it is under consideration as of October 25, 2011. I will post further with an update as to the outcome of Ed Helms offer to us. |
