AbleWebPro Ripoff. Don't Hire AbleWebPro Suzanne Aimee AbleWebPro Oursource Their Services To Others, No Knowledge and Charge you for Work not done. S |

I hired AbleWebPro for a website design. Thought they have good website for them-self so can design a good one for me. Unfortunately, they turned scam immediately upon receipt of payment. When i provided them project details, what they did was, they outsourced entire work to another cheap company. They directly forwarded to me that company to discuss rest of project. Obviously that company delivered me a very poor job with outdated coding. I weren't satisfied so i asked to redo the job or refund. The owner "Suzanne Aimee" replied me that they can't issue refund since "work is done" while i knew how horribly work was done. Additionally they delivered me partial work done so i was not able to anything with that. They started taking 2-3 days to respond. Which was clear sign of running away after getting money. I had to hire another company and AbleWeBPro.com scammed me for $700. Stay away from this ripoff. Company: Able Web Professionals, Inc. (303) 482-2717 - Phone No. |

I tried to contact the site owners to remove this fraudulent post about our company with no response so take what you read here with a grain of salt.
I will address this post as follows:
This particular job was almost a year ago and the issue was resolved after consultation with our lawyers and through a partial arbitrator via the BBB (I have a copy of the report showing this). To have it resurface now is really just a very sad attempt by one of our competitors (Manish with InetZeal) to try to bring our rankings down as we just launched a new site at the end of May.
Manish neglected to inform you that first, he cancelled the job after two milestones where paid and that the remaining amount being held in escrow ($400) was refunded to him and I do have documentation showing that.
Second, if you cancel a contract on me, then I am under no further obligation to work for you.
Third, he was well aware of the fact that we were trying to build a new freelance team specifically for this board. As anyone working in this industry knows, you get bombarded with requests to outsource work so we thought this would be a good way to test out some new people as this particular board offered testing on the various technologies so it was one way for us to evaluate new companies. That was our only mistake.
The fact that all of this is documented and was, what I thought, a done deal last year is very frustrating and shows the type of mentality of person that I am dealing with or refuse to deal with... very dishonorable.
I don't really have much more to say on this. It's all been said. If anyone reading this post would like additional information or documentation on the matter, I would be happy to provide you with it and you may reach us through our website.
Hope that clears up the matter. |
