ABIart/ Rick Hancock called me and pursued me for months to buy art work from him. He claimed to have picasso, rembrants, warhols, etc. Knowing to not buy art from an unknown I did after he convinced me this was and he was the real deal.. I spent nealry 12k, $12,000.00 on a Beso. Once I receieved I hated the piece, Rick said up front "I guarentee everything 100%". Of course when I went to return it, He said sorry I have a 1 year return policy meaning you have to keep the art for1 year and I will but it back for 10% higher.

I was so skeptcal but I sent it to my attorneys who approved the transaction. It has been one year and of course the day we went to return it, no one picked up the phone, nothing. There are numerous reports online describing Rick Hancock as a scam artist now, and he apparently is clever as he has figure many ways to scam, unsuspecting victims. He recived art and doesn't pay, he says he always has a deal who, which I would be very cautious as he doesnt pay for the Items in the first place. Be warned This company is a SCAM.

Don't make the same mistake I did. I HAVE SENT THIS TO THE FBI FOR INVESTIGATIONS.
