This company at first glance had great reviews on Citysearch-4-5 stars. It was only after they picked up our belongings that the negative reviews started showing up. This company operates under several names, it's a cash based business, they don't respond to complaints nor do they deliver your goods on time, or at all in some cases. They quoted us $3500, we added 4 items not previously on the quote and 3 weeks afterwards the new quote was over $8200.00. I retained an attorney and got it down to $7200.00 only. The drivers showed up more then 30 days later after picking up in Los Angeles (we were promised 10-21 days max). We had purchased brand new, profession boxes and they arrived completely damaged and many items arrived missing or broken. They tried to extort more money for moving the piano, they broke our piano, they stole 12 boxes which are still missing, they operated under several fictitious names none of which are real as I just found out today from my attorney. The 800 number listing is under Allstate Van Lines, the workers seem to be of foreign descent and I suspect illegal workers. They arrived at our door, yelled at us saying we had too much stuff, up front refused to move our piano and basically were jerks throughout the entire moving process. Don't bother calling their offices: Nicole, Jennifer, whoever goes along with the "program" of don't see, don't tell, don't help the customer. Currently calling my attorney again to see what avenues we have, also reporting them to the local district attorney, FBI, INS, IRS, whatever it takes-they messed with the wrong people. This company is obviously a front for other illegal activities and I would even believe it is possibly Russian mafia or something similar, though less organized. Don't use this company, report them! |
