Now, we are making more money and I wanted to take advantage of their "LIFETIME TRADE UP POLICY" to get a bigger diamond for Christmas. I called them up to purchase the new diamond, 5k more. They told me that policy isn't valid anymore. I was livid and did some research online.

I found the Abazias 2009 K-10 form report which stated that Abazias offers a "LIFETIME TRADE UP POLICY" to all of their customers. This form is also endorsed by the Principal Executive of Abazias on March 30, 2009. I attached the K-10 form to the Director of Sales showing her the proof in the pudding. This is what she writes back to me...

"The 2009 Form 10K does not state that the lifetime trade up policy applies to all customers. The information regarding the trade up policy in the 10K is in fact still in effect for all customers that purchased prior to Fall 2007. We are willing to work with you by letting you trade your diamond for $4765 for another diamond of ours because this is all we could sell it for, so there is no financial gain to our offer."

All I can say, "LYING THIEVES!"
