We purchased Two race car motors for both my sons race cars on 4/18/13. Motors were supposedly warrantied for a full race season. One motor was put into the car and was being taken through the break in cycle. While idling at @ 1400 rpms the valve broke below the keeper and dropped into the cylinder... I immediately tried to call the gentleman and left a message ( totally understand a malfunctioning part) just wanted it to be made right. No answer - didn't bother him on Sunday. Monday morning called the "business line" no answer straight to voicemail at 8, 8:30, 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30 from my home phone tried my wife's cell answered then hung up tried again straight to voicemail. Emailed/ Messaged on Facebook/ Messaged on advertised sites still nothing... went to the BBB's website folks with the same issues. Its so bad that people messaged me from the groups and said other folks have been taken too. Just beware I have had a very BAD very EXPENSIVE experience with this individual. If this is resolved I will gladly come back and let you know... but the sinking feeling in my stomach tells me otherwise.
