26th of Sep, 2011 by User544971
I'm Pierre ****;
On July 16,2011, I did travel with AA. In flight AA939 from Phoenix,AZ to Miami,FL. Arriving in Miami, I discovered that my baggage was not available for pick-up as the baggage was lost during my flight. I went to AA. claim section submitted a claim with AA,Inc. To request compensation for the lost luggage and contents. According to an American Airlines supervisor that I spoke to by phone, said I have to wait weeks until they let me know the next step. October 16,2011 will be 4 months since that happen, and they never want to give me my bag back or reimburse me for my bag if is lost. They never contact me anymore, now I realize that American Airlines stole my bag, and the money that I paid at the gate to transport it. This is the locator # of the bag UADPDR and the bag tag number is MIA AA 178186.
My email is Thank your.
