Contact your credit card company--dispute ANY charges by "Universal Concepts, Inc." whatsoever, including bogus "nonrefundable documentation fees" "cancellation fees" or other violations of the federally mandated 3-day cooling-off period Demand ALL of your $$ back. Got suckered at their hotel conference room presentation last week at Hampton Inn & Suites in Salem, Oregon. The presenter (AKA "Mullet Bill") rattled off several resort, condo, vacation packages, & cruise prices available with A2Z membership and stated flatly a better-than-90% "1st-choice" booking rate. False. 99% of actual bookings are no better pricing than typical internet booking sites (e.g., Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity).
