A2Z Vacations Lifetime Vacations Slick, trained liars, lose thousands, waive your 3-day cooling off period, scam, shell game New Orleans, Louisiana
10th of Feb, 2013 by User308997
A2Z Vacations is a company that claims to provide deeply discounted resort vacations. They are actually trained professional liars that travel from town to town getting unwitting customers to buy their "travel services and purchasing services" for $6000 to $8000. They are actually providing services that are readily available online to anyone for free. While signing you up, they also get you to sign a "cancellation policy" saying you will let them have $399 processing fee and 15 present of whatever you gave them ($1300 in my case). This presumably allows them to withhold money even if you cancel within the federally allowed 3-day cooling off period. When you try to resolve issues, they hide under various corporate names, such as Lifetime Vacations or Universal Concepts, providing false phone numbers and addresses. These scammers appear to be moving from place to place, and changing their names, even though they claim to have been in business for 22 years. Do not fall for this scam!
