A.G.E Training A.G.E Train promise a job, scamming people of £255, fake recruitment agency, fake physio jobs, no interview at the end of training Int |

They are scamming people, and will continue to to scam peeople if they are not reported. Start reporting them. I did this worthless course on the 26th of August 2011, whilst on the course I phone A.G.E training to find out if they are finding work and getting interviews for me. Mehraj Choudhury said that I had to physically have the certificates in my hand before they can get me an interview. Before I paied for the course I said I will only only pay if they can guarantee me an interview. Antone Husbands ( He likes to change his name when trying to avoid talking to people on the phone) said he can definately guarantee an interview for me once I completed the course. I completed the cousre and after 3 weeks I finally recieved my worthless certificates that were sent by 2nd class. I asked for Antone Husbands because remember he had guarateed me an interview, funny enough he was not available. I have contstanly been phoning specifically asking for Antone husbands, I had phoned 3 times in one day he was either at lunch, in a meeting or not available. I had come to the conclusion they are running a scam. A recuitment agency will NEVER EVER ask for money for a course, employers will provide in-house training. They will also ask you to come in for an interview. A.G.E training do not intend to invite for an interview niether do they endevour to get you an interview let alone a job. Get your money back by getting legal advice, they need to be stopped and will be stopped. Who are their clients? have you been to their premises? why are the vital pages on their cheap website under construction? Watchdog want all people who have been affected by A.G.E training to contact them as soon as possible to get their stories. I have already contacted them and told them my experience with A.G.E training and about the scam they are running. If you have been affeted by A.G.E training report them to 'ACTION FRAUD' Message to A.G.E trainig: please respond, I would love to hear what pathetic excuses you will come up with this time

Same here! I did my course in October, they have the same line for everyone 'there's loads of jobs near your area, oh you need to do this course and pay for it now so I know you are serious before I send your CV out.
I had the misfortune of dealing with Sadique. After speaking with the girls at the course we realised we had all been told the same story so I requested Sadique would come into the room and speak to me so i told him exactly what I though t and that it was a scam etc.
I have noticed they mainly trick people that don't speak English very well or have come over from another country temporarily (Australia etc) I was the only English girl on my course and the only one that ended up complaining to him face to face.
They need to be stoppped. No idea how they get way with it! |

Nothing is more frustrating than being accused of something you didn't do. We process many job applicants daily and unfortunately cannot respond to everyone (especially when not invited for an interview). Completing a training course does not guarantee an interview or job. It is mutually beneficial for all parties involved to find medical professionals work.

Same Here. I have applied for physiotherapy assistaant Job and someone called Mehrag from A.G.E phoned me saying that I had been successful and they were happy to offer me the job. But they said that in order to start the job I have to pay £100 for the one day traing. I didn't have the money so I had to borrow it. I paid the money and went to the training then I haven't hear from them since. That was in July 2012 and this is May 2013. Mehrag who was chasing me by his calls every day to pay the money and do the training to start the job, he mysteriously disapeared after I paid the money and no mutter how much I tried to call the company afterward I had never got hold of him. When I call they ask about the job they have offered me they say that my file is with Mehrag. When I ask to speak to Mehrag they either say he is on the phone or he is not on his office and he will call me back. he has never called me after I paid the money. |

I booked a moving and handling course that cost me £168. To be fair the company did tell me that if I was more than 15 mins late then you would not be allowed to enter the course. I was late due to train cancelations but I had phoned ahead to warn and ask if I should continue my journey and I was told yes. When I arrived the receptionist told me that I was late (I already knew this and continually repeating this did not help). She then asked a lady to come down to speak to me whom also had low customer service skills. She also reminded me that I was late and told me that other people had managed on time for the course. I asked her if everyone on the course had come from the same place as me and she could not answer. They wanted to book me on another course, I asked if I would have to repay and they could not answer. They told me to go home and someone would call me in the afternoon. No one did, they clearly wanted me out of the building as it is obvious that I will have to repay. I have phoned them multiple times to ask about this but no one will give me an answer and just respond "the person who deals with that is out of the building" Very poor service and a allot of money to lose when already seeking work. I am sure if employers knew that this recruitment agency behaved in this manner then they would find a different agency to use. I felt very patronised by the receptionist and the lady who came to speak with me. |
