This complaint was written in an unjustly manner by a past client Mohamed Ahmad of "Ace Limo". Mr. Ahmad was dropped by my firm "AD Interactive Group" (Not A&D) by me personally on May 25th, 2011 after numerous rude comments and threats that were delivered via e-mail and phone calls to my office.
Mr. Mohamed Ahmad of Ace Limo violated the terms and conditions set forth in the agreeing document of AD Interactive Group which specifically stated:
"6. Client agrees not to take any action that will impair or interfere with the performance of any advertising implemented by AD Interactive Group on behalf of client. This includes clicking on or inducing any other party to click on any advertisements for client paid for by AD Interactive Group. If client takes any action that does impair or interfere with the performance of any advertising implemented by AD Interactive Group on behalf of client, all positioning guarantees offered by AD Interactive Group are null and void and this contract will be terminated immediately with optionally offering a prorated refund. 7. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and Customer agrees that in any dispute related to this Agreement, jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusively in the courts of the State of California, County of Orange"
In addition, not only did Ace Limo and Mr. Mohamed Ahmad violate the terms of the contract set forth by AD Interactive Group but also coherently did the same in regards to the Google AdWords Policy.
After numerous opportunities to give Mohamed Ahmad of Ace Limo the time and the tools to correct the issues (which all remained ignored) it was my choice as the owner of AD Interactive Group to terminate our contract with Ace Limo and not offer a refund due to the sole factor that Ace Limo indeed received advertising from the dates of February 18th to May 25th 2011.
Approximately 2 weeks later after the dissolution of the agreement between our companies, Ace Limo disputed the credit card charges he paid to my company claiming "services not rendered". At that point we responded with the appropriate documentation to Visa proving that Ace Limo did receive advertising as agreed to - in which at that time the claim by Ace Limo and Mohamed Ahmad was found to be in AD Interactive Groups favor and not his.
It is extremely unfortunate that Mohamed Ahmad of Ace Limo feels the way he does regarding this situation. However, it is just as unfortunate if not more that someone would solicit the business of another, utilize their services to only defraud that individuals firm all while throwing around libelist accusations.
I would steer clear of this individual and any businesses he is involved in |
