I AM A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER (OR SHOULD I SAY “EX “) , SANDRA PEDROZA USED TO HELP ME , but this last time when I put my order I was told she was at the ware house and a guy named Gustavo took my order. I ordered 7 perfumes and went to the bank and deposited the $. As Christmas was in between dates I called until the 27 and Gustavo told me he had already sent the package and gave me a tracking number. We checked with UPS, and they said the package had been delivered on December 23. I called again your store and they even checked to me the address I gave to Gustavo, and he said it was all right next day I called again and he told me ups said they had delivered in another address I told him to please call ups and find out why it had been delivered there, since he had the new address and asures to me he sent it right. The other address is my brothers old address ( he lives in Vegas, I live in Mexico) so Gustavo said I should go to the old address because maybe the package was there. So I went there, it is a golf community, gated with guard at the door, I explained and he let me in. The house is still empty, so I don’t see how ups could leave the package in there, since you can clearly see there is no furniture inside and nobody would answer the door. There was no package and not even a note from ups. Since that day I have called to the perfume store, at least 10 times daily, or maybe more. They don’t even answer to me anymore, everytime I ask for Gustavo, he is either at lunch or its his day off or he is busy. I tried several times to talk to the manager whom I was told his name is something like magesh, but I doubt he even exists. This is out of line, it is not my problem ups sent it wrong (or was it gustavos fault?) NO merchandise no refund thats all I got plus lots of time wasted calling with no results |
