I was a victim of fraud with these two companies 777 discount club and mega discount club. Same company they charged my bank account 49.99 and then charged 19.99 every other month. I just noticed their charges, when i spoke to my bank they advised me to call them and bank gave me copies of all the checks with different check numbers they had been charging to my account. When I called this company not only were they rude, but very disrespectful. When i would ask how they received my banking information, the represenative from the company kept talking over me and would not give me answers on how they got my bank information. I spoke to supervisors on different occasions who advised me to email their fraud department with charges, which I did. Never received a response back from them. When calling back they asked me same information, and they claimed they cancelled the "so called" subscription to their company. They also told me they would only be able to refund me $19.99, when i was charged a total of $150. from both companies. I have three children I cant afford for these theives to take from my hard earned money in my account. My bank would not refund my money only go 60 days back. I took the advice on this website and I am being persistent. If my bank does not give me a refund for the fraudulent activity that took place in my account. I am calling the bank commisioner for the state of CA where I live. If their is a lawsuit with this company I would like to be part of it.
