DO YOUR RESEARCH!! D- RATING WITH BBB WITH 81 COMPLAINTSâ€¦â€¦BEWARE!! They quoted me 375.00 to move my furniture from a storage facility in Colorado Springs to my new apartment in Littleton Colorado. When they arrived at the unit the guy told me I had to sign paperwork before they would begin to load. It was not completed and I asked why. He said it would be completed after the move and they could not move my items until I signed. I didnâ€™t know what else to do so I signed. They left things in the unit so I had to load them into my truck on my own and then I drove to Denver, which took additional time. When I arrived the guy told me I owed 979.00. I couldnâ€™t believe it and said I did not have that money. He said you need to pay it or we will sell your stuff in 10 days to pay the bill and you will also be charged 159.00 a day for storage. I called the company and tried to talk to someone and the guy on the phone kept swearing at me and told me to shut the **** up so he could talk. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. I am currently sleeping on the floor with my two girls. They have all of our clothes and furniture. Now they are stating I have to get a truck from somewhere else and come pick up my things by myself and I will have to pay the 970.00 plus a fuel surcharge of 132.00 which was not quoted to me also. They are rude and the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer!
