50DollarLogo.com aka LogoDesignGuarantee.com are an absolute SCAM! Who knows how many other aliases they go by? The website was a bit sketchy. There was no address, very little
company information, and it just didn't resemble an authentic website. Despite my uncertainties, I ordered their $50 package to design me 6 designs based around a description of what I wanted the designs to look like. My first red flag was that I had to pay through some kind of third party payment system called, "Nochex." This seemed weird to me, but, naively, I continued. Within a few hours, I received the designs via email. Some people may think this is fast, but it makes me think that no one spent their time on my designs and that they will look like crap! The email address used to send the confirmation was a "gmail" address and the signature just had a first name, "Dina" with no company information or contact information... second red flag. Sure enough... the designs were pathetic. They looked like a 10 year old designed them using the pre-installed clip-art on Microsoft Word. Not only that, but only 3 of the designs were even remotely related to my description. The other 3 were completely unrelated to my description and were much worse. The best word that I can think of to describe the designs is, "Cheesy." In their defense, I guess I don't know what I expected for $50. I accepted the fact that I should have paid more for a more professional company. I admit, that was stupid, but their website claims, in very big letters, to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So I emailed the address that sent me the order confirmation, "Dina's" "gmail" address, and I asked for a full refund. Instead of a refund they sent me 6 more absolute crappy designs. I sent another email asking for a refund and again I got more hideous designs. I finally threatened to process a dispute with my bank in my third email and I finally got a response from an "Abina" (still a "gmail" address) saying that my refund will be issued within 21 days, but normally much sooner. Well, it has been 25 days and I have seen no refund. I think they just want you to wait long enough until you forget about it. So today, I issued a dispute on that transaction with my bank. Afterwards, I went on here to file a scam report and one of the questions that ripoffreport.com asks is for an address. I went back on to 50DollarLogo.com's website and could not find an address anywhere. So, I clicked on the "Live Chat" button to speak with an "agent." Before the chat will start you have to type a question and I typed, "What is your company's address?" A message popped up that said, "no agents are available at this time." So I tried it again, but this time I played their game. I asked, "How many revisions do I get on my 6 designs?" I wanted to sound like a new customer. I was also using a different screen name. Amazingly, I got a response from a very interested and "available" agent. Once I got them in the chat, I asked for an address, and she, "Laura," said that she is not allowed to disclose that information to me. I'm not sure if I will ever get that $50 back. Anyone who is looking for a cheap logo design for their business should STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this company. In my experience, just dish out a few more dollars for a professional graphic design company. |

| Exactly the same experience. In uk they work under www.logodesignguarantee.com. Stay away people. They keep promising the refund, but never do. I raised the issue with my bank, and nochex who provide merchant services to this scam company. STAY AWAY!!! |

HI guys,
I had a very bad experience with this company. Although in the end I got my money back with the help of my bank, it was really time-consuming. Anyway, I think it is worthy to punish the bad guys. I think the bad experience should be similar to yours: bad design, no advice was take in the revision and promised to refund and even told you that they have refunded but nothing happened.
I’d like to share some tips to fight against the vicious company.
1, Keep all the on-line chatting records with them. Please note that there is a chatting record email can be sent by their system. The e-mail is sent by a company named 50dollarlogo which is a sister company to it. Together with 25poundlogo, they are all notorious;
2, Keep all the emails you wrote to them, of course, they would never reply email to you when you begin to ask refund;
3, Ask them about their address, tell them directly that you want to write a letter to them to claim your right. Mail the letter recorded. Whether they receive the letter or not is not important. If they received, they must reply you in written or refund you. If the letter is sent back to you, it just certify that even their address are not true.
4, If the time is long enough and all the evidences pointing to a spam, you can turn to your bank to ask help. If you paid by credit card, you can also ask help from the card association. If you paid by debit card as me, you can ask for a debit card charge back. Keep in mind, I bet the first reaction of bank is to refuse your claim. But don’t give up, write a complaint letter to the bank and send it by a record mail. They will contact you and direct you to the department dealing with fraud. Following their directions, describe the whole story, attach the online contract (esp the 100% refund guarantee), the mails, emails and on-line chatting records, if you like, the comments about the company on line. Then your bank will investigate, if there is no problem, they will ask the company’s bank to investigate and charge the money back to you. If you success, the company will also be fined.
From experience, I would strongly advise avoiding Logo Design Guarantee. They are too cheap to be true. If you are already in the trouble, don’t give up, you will win in the end and the company should be punished.
