I ordered a personalized pencil holder. The website did not make it clear how the item would be personalized, and I feel completely mislead on the matter. I ordered based on my understanding of the product and not feeling that I was making any unreasonable assumptions. Pencil holder arrived and not only was it not what I expected, the personalization was off-center and ugly. The pencil holder was useless and shoddy and well, stupid....the way it was done was just plain stupid. When I wrote to the seller, explaining it as I have here and requesting a refund (and offering to mail the product back at my expense), I was told there would be no refunds on personalized items. It would be different and understandable if I just decided I didn't want something, but the product is obviously poorly done and well......stupid. After a pointless complaint to the Better Business Bureau, which went nowhere, I have since thrown the item away and given up on a refund. However, I vowed to the seller that I would tell my story anywhere I could on the internet. That is what I am doing.
