I broke down in the city of Seymour and DUE TO 31 TOWING'S INABILITY TO PROVIDE A SERVICE, I called a compitetor to tow my truck where it needed to berepaired. Due to inclimate weather my wrecker service was delayed, I called the Seymour city police and told them of the situation and , THE UNIT WAS CLEARLY OUT OF THE LANE OF TRAFFIC. TheSeymour policesaid the locaion of the truck was fine and they would check on it and make sure that nothing would happen to the unit.

As I had my road repair services working on the truck and they decided they could not fix the unit AND WAS ARRANGING FOR A TOWTO RECOVER THEUNIT,AMECHANICOF 31 TOWING SHOWED UP(A COMPANY I ALREADY CALLED AND SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME) and offered some help, when I told him thatI had everything covered, AND THANKED HIM, he left.

Later when my wrecker driver arrived to tow the unit, it was GONE from whereI broke down.THE WRECKER DRIVER CALLED ME TO REPORT HE COULD NOT FIND THE UNIT.

I called the Seymourcity police to find out where my unit was, they said they recieved a complaint that the unit was a traffic hazzard decided to have the unit towed. whenI asked for the name of the name of the company that towed the truck I was told it was 31 TOWING (IMAGINE THAT)

When I called 31 towing to send my wrecker driver to recover the unit,I was told by their answering service (his mother) that they were closed and the unit would not be able to berecovered until the following day!

OnceI explained tothe answering service my driver was inseymour to recover the unit and agreed to pay the fee of $300 for towing to their impound lot she,agreed to call her son and havehim meet my wrecker driver at their impound lot for the unit recovery.

SO FAIR WARNING YOU WILL USE 31 TOWING WHEN YOU ARE BROKE DOWN IN SEYMOUR INDIANA, ONE WAY, OR, ANOTHER YOU WILL USE 31 TOWING!
