RE: Sacramento Club and crowded boot camp sessions Dear Sir or Madam: Bootcamp is overcrowded despite your occupancy limit and the customer service is nonexistent. 1. Bootcamp Once again Sacramento 24 Hour Fitness refuses to enforce the requirement for blue passes in Boot Camp. These users did not sign up. People who are authorized have the space needed to exercise properly. Calisthenics instruction is conducted in areas where everyone has enough space. From P.E. in middle school to 24 Hour Sport clubs, except Downtown, space is always plentiful. Antelope Sport in CA does a great job in ensuring people have enough space. They have a staff member stand at the door collecting passes. Ive seen the same practice at Downtown for other classes. Please implement this control for Downtown boot camp. 2. Poor Customer Service I brought this concern up to Ben in Downtown. He replied what do you want me to do about it? Does he realize hes even a manager of the facility? Was I talking to the facility manager or just another member? He further responds by letting me know that, although its packed, that nine more people can fit in. He later comes into observe boot camp and after allowing him to see how many people are in the club I ask him whether nine people can actually fit inside the Group X room? He smartly responds yes. You have a teenager for a manager and boot camp is filled with too many people. If this goes on and my concerns are not even f*cking acknowledged why would I ever rack a weight after I use it? I figure since every complaint I write can be copy and pasted, I might as well just post on Yelp, Ripoff Review, BBB, Complaintsboard, etc P.S. I have always complained about the key lockers not working. The rate they wouldnt work would be as bad as 100% from Sacramento to Glendale Sport clubs. I used a coin locker on 6/4/2011 and it actually worked. |
