Ripping off consumers in general

21st Century Academy is an Australian based company. It's CEO is a dodgy little spruiker named Jamie Neville McIntyre. He is a very good friend and business associate of the notorious Henry Kaye. See:

I note that lately Jamie has been having to deal with increasing negative publicity over the way he operates his company and the poor service and advice many of his customers receive. Articles like this have been appearing in the National newspapers throughout the country.

So how does a person like Jamie McIntyre deal with all the negative publicity that is damaging his reputation? Perhaps one would expect that he would start to fix his clients problems but no, Jamie is too arrogant for that.

He has a couple of strategies that he uses.

1) Threaten all critics that can be identified with defamation action. That's right flex a lot of legal muscle!

2) Employ a gang of IT professionals to start up a string of new websites, the goal of which is to direct internet traffic to one of these sites rather than the ones displaying the negative stuff.

3) Create as much confusion around the criticism he has received so as to convince consumers that he is not really a bad guy.

Check out these sites which are all starting to appear on the first page of a google search for "Jamie McIntyre Scam" . Jamie knows this is the type of search that consumers will do in their due diligence.

I won't go on. However my point is this. If you look closely at these sites it give the appearance that an independent and third party has posted them up giving the impression that an investigation had been done on his business practices and basically the conclusions are that he is not a scammer!

That's all fine and dandy, but when you scratch the surface of this facade, you discover that it is Jamie McIntyre himself who is behind all these sites and blogs. Check out a lot of the ads on these sites. They all link you back to products, services and associated companies of 21st Century Academy.
