We have hundreds of satisfied customers who have obtained exactly what they requested.
We have a team who work hard to obtain mobile phone contracts for our customers and have fraud prevention measures and tracking systems in place to ensure the safety and security of all parties, including our customers, our network partners and ourselves.
We offer refunds subject to our terms and conditions and in the case of fraud will usually have identified it before it becomes a problem.
If a fraudulent transaction is identified then we would of course refund the payment. We always endeavour to provide the best service that we can.
James claimed his card had been used fraudulently.
When we asked him to provide specific information to support his claim that his card had been used fraudulently, James decided that he did actually want us to obtain a contract for him and asked us to continue to process his application.
If you have a bad credit history like James and need a mobile phone contract please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you.
UPDATE: Despite having bad credit we still managed to get James (the person making the original claim) an iPhone 4 on a great contract deal. Our lawyers have been informed of his defamatory actions. |
