1st choice facilities services Defaulted on paying there bill/ invoice Sarasota , Florida |

This company contacted me back in June ,8, 2011 to do a job for them at the fashion bug located in Weirton, wv. I am a plumber and i own my company, they called me for a service call at this fashion bug Because they had a main customer bathroom where the faucet was bad, so i went out the same day as they called and fixed the problem. i filled out all there paperwork and had the fashion bug store mangager look at my work and sign the paperwork that 1st choice facilities needed signed, the lady From 1st choice told me that i would recieve my check that they owed for my services that i rendered within 30 days. no check came, i gave them another 30 days still no check , so i called and talked to the accounts payable /billing department the lady said she has no record, so i sent them a copy of all the paperwork and the invoice, then all of a sudden she found the paperwork.. She told me she would have a check out that day, this was back in Aug of 2011, so i waited 2 weeks still no check, so i called again, and talked to the same lady in billing, she then tells me she is doing the checks as we speak and it will be sent out today, i waited other 2 weeks still no check so this time i called back and asked for a supervisor , so the lady that answers the phone holly transfered me to the supervisor now she pulls the invoice and tells me that she will take care of in personally that day and will email me the copy of the check, well quess what i waited another 2 weeks and of course no check, so i called back again and this time the billing lady tells me that everyone is sick with a cold and they did not have time to send the check out so i said well what about 2 months ago when you said you were sending out the check then, She did not respond , she then tells me that she will send it out that day , which of course never happend, this company is so un proffessional in every aspect. i can not believe that nothing has been done to close this place down for good and send everyone of them to jail.. they are making millions off retailers and not paying the contractors, the contractors are the ones getting shafted here, i even called the BBB and they tried to tell me there is nothing they can do.. they owed me $196.10. Now i am ready to add late fees and interest ontop of that, and i know they will not pay, so i might have to call an attorney and see what i can do. im so sick and tired of these companies not wanting to pay there bill... and for some reason they continue to get away with it... this company is the biggest scam company i have ever seen.. i have read some other post on this company that dates back to 2008 and my case is 2011 so this company is still operating full and still scamming contractors and nothing is done about it,,, and we live in the united states where this stuff should be taken care of as in closing them down and sending them all to jail......... |

if you call regina everyday, you will eventually get paid. Or if they need something else done, they will pay you. When they called for service, I told them to pay up the old ones. They did and we never did the servicve call and will not take jobs from them again. |

Well they also screw their employees! I know I am one they just nailed. From being on the inside I can also tell you they have many vendors that are pacified till they go away (some are 6 months past due).
It is so poor that even their software on their desks is pirated! The FBI should look at this company and I can pull all the skeletons out of their closets. (credit card fraud, Software piracy, prostitution, mafia style business activity)
By the way they are opening a new company called "theRanch" I'll bet they will use rat and horse meat. |
