After ordering a hat online with 1LAP2GO, I received an order confirmation promptly. Sadly that was the only prompt/appropriate thing that would end up coming out of my experience with this company. After waiting 4-5 business days (their website claims 2-3) I went online to check the status of my order and the shipping section still was blank. I went ahead and sent an inquiry via email to 1LAP2GO. Below is how it went word for word: Me: Subject: Hat hasn't shipped yet I purchased a hat on your website on March 30th. The status still says it hasn't shipped. Your policy says to allow 2-3 business days. If you don't count the day I placed my order, today will have been the 4th business day. Please let me know when this will ship. It is a gift that I need for Friday. 1LAP2GO: Without your order number we can not help you. Me: 1lap2go-33688 1LAP2GO: Cancelled Reason: Could not be fulfilled Me: What! Why didn't I receive an email or a phone call. Very bad business. Why couldn't my order be fulfilled? 1LAP2GO: We do not reply to rude e-mails. Me: I will be reporting you to the better business bureau immediately. My email was not rude, if anyone is rude, you're reply with only a "cancel order" line and NO explanation is rude. 1LAP2GO: You do that rude human. Me: Wow...good luck with business moron!!!! 1LAP2GO: Thanks,You are the moron.!!!!!!! cc:Put this loser on AUTO DELETE. As you can see, I don't believe I am in the wrong here. I clearly was asking for some answers in a polite way at first. I have never dealt with a company that was so immature. After seeing many other bad reviews/reports, I've reached out to my contacts at NFL, MLB and Nascar to see if they are even a licensed dealer, as my company is. So hopefully I will put a stop to or at least make them think twice before treating full paying customers in such a manner. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 1LAP2GO! |

If you where not able to get this item then so be it. It happens all the time. I ordered online from Walmart.com and Amazon.com in the same day and both got cancelled. It looks like you started with the name calling with this company gave it back to you the way you treated them. Do you really think Internet companies call to say sorry we cant ship your order. Get real do you really think Walmart and Amazon called me no way you moron. |
