We had been paying a charge of $49.95 for nearly 2 years. When we tracked the charge, we contacted them and requested termination in January of 2010. We were informed that there would be a balance. In late February we received a final payment that we promptly paid through our bill pay service. We were out of the country for March and April and received a notice that there was a collector account on our credit report. The collection was from 1and1 through their processor NCO Financial. After many hours of back and forth contacts, the problem was traced to 1and1 as they claim to not accept any form of payments, except credit cards or Pay Pal. We were never notified and now are facing payments of late charges, ding on our perfect credit, and hours of Telephone calls to track their error.

1and1 complaint! 1and1 has billed me fraudulently, again! Although I set auto-renew to OFF (NO) for six domain names, 1and1 billed me and charged my credit card anyway. I sent them their own confirmation emails indicating that that the domains were set to auto-renew to OFF (NO) and additional emails they sent me indicating that the referenced domains had been removed from their database. So far, they refuse to credit my account! I'm filing a small claims law suit and will expect to receive triple damages. I currently have 84 active domains with 1and1. ALL domains and packages will be canceled at the end of their contract and expiration dates. This is not the first time this has happened. Bye 1and1!

Scaminformer.com is a terrible company.This company does not allow stuff to be erased unless you pay their lawyer that they have advertised with them. SCAM INFORMER SHOULD BE ERASED FROM THE INTERNET. This Scam Informer website is a fraud!!!

It is so easy for ex and fired employees to slander here. It does not investigate the claims they have on this website!
