1AAAHandyman Heroes,LLC Did not honor a contract Wall, New Jersey

I contracted with 1AAAHandyman Heroes, LLC. The representative showed up put together a Contract divided into three parts start payment, middle payment and end. Before the project was started I made arrangements with the Bank, and Discover and had all my ducks in a row to have a home roof repair done, with proper financing in place. 1AAAHandyman Heroes voided the contract by not buying the materials right way to start the project, sent his sub contractor out without any funds to start a job, this went on for 3 days. The first payment was for supplies which he did not do and held up the work for 3 days leaving his subcontracor to work at a handicap. He THEN went into my credit card account unauthorized and helped himself to payment #2 even though contract reads "2nd payment private pay." He did not inform me. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this man or give a credit card out for business...NEVER. Then he wanted another payment from me! I am working to get my credit card straighten out and all the while his subcon tractor keeps harping about he, 1AAAHandyman Heroes wants a check or payment. Handyman helped himself to a payment, null and voided the contract and still wanted me to payment before the work was completed.....Leaving me you know where...DO not use him. He treats his workers like crap, and his worse to you has a client.
