Both of these websites advertise Duty-Free Cigarettes from Europe. Their prices are good and the sites appear to be very professional. Payment is only via echeck debit from your bank account. You can either order cigarettes on the websites, or call the toll-free number provided. There are no customer service contact email addresses on the sites. Once you order and pay with an echeck, you get an email saying that delivery will be by International and US Postal Mail and will take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive. No cigarettes ever arrive at your address within the 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of waiting, you call the toll-free number and are told that you must wait 35 business days from the date of shipment to make a claim. The person always says that Airmail from Europe is slow. After 35 business days, with no merchandise ever being received, the telephone contact person says she is processing a refund for you. The time it takes to get the refund is "a couple of weeks". No refund is ever made to your bank acount. You can call numerous times, and will be told that the refund is in process, but you never get the refund. These sites are totally fraudulent and simply steal your money. Avoid them at all costs.
Since these companies are not in the US, you simply lose all your money.

Had the same experience with both of those seller. Luckily I only ordered one carton from each one, so no big loss.
Make sure not to order from those two website as they are crooked. |

The same thing happened to me with 123smoke.com. A woman with an English accent answers the phone and stalls you for a couple of months. After about 4 months, ahe says she will get a refund for you.
Of course you never get any refund or any cigarettes. You lose all your money. |

These are among many websites with the same physical design and the same phone numbers. The person answering the phone is at call center, and has no direct connection with the many websites she services.
The lady doesn't even know which of the websites you are ordering from. She answers the phone saying "cigarette company".
I know at least 6 people who were cheated out of their money by the 2 websites listed above, as well as other ones not listed. The key is the telephone number. If you see the same phone number on 2 or more websites, do not order or you will lose your money. |
