Beware of 1 Stop Maintenance. They are a scam. I completed 4 work orders for this company and they will not pay. I have called and tried to collect but they just keep giving me the run around. They told me that they sent a check and I still have not recieved it. I have been waiting for 4 months. They owe me $467.00 and I will never see that, nor the money that I have spent out of my own pocket for gas and material.

One day I called and as soon as I gave my name I was told that I would have to be put on hold for 20 to 45 min. They never came back to answer my call. They wont return my calls either. This company is not an honest company. If you are considering to have 1 Stop maintanance do work for you, you are only supporting them to rip people off. If they are able to give a really good price, it is because they are not paying the contractor. I have read so many responses about how this company does not pay there contractors. This company needs to be put out of business.

I completely agree with you. I did some work for them...I visited 7 of their customers and repaired their problem, only to get shafted on payment from 1 Stop. I'm out the time and money I spent on gas, repairs, and materials. These guys treat their contractors terribly and if I were a retail client being courted by 1 Stop Maintenance I would look for a more reputable company.

I agree. This may be an extreme case, but I have done work for this company for five months now and have not seen one penny from them. I'm no longer going to work for them. They owe me in the ballpark of $5, 000. The so-called owner called me and said he wouldn't pay me the amount that was agreed upon whenI first started the job... and the person I made arrangements with no longer works for the company. He said he would overnight me half of what he owes me because he feels sorry for me. I didn't care for his tone, nor did I receive a check. I've taken all the steps that were asked of me as far as invoices and work orders and getting them signed, stamped, etc. I've faxed four people all of the documentation over four times... to four different fax numbers. Now they are literally yelling at me on the phone that they're not going to pay me. I'm ready to call my attorney and have them deal with it... just to make a point that they can't get away with this.
