1 Shot Express Transport in FL WORST CAR TRANSPORT COMPANY EVER! BE AWARE!!!! Miramar, Florida |

Let me tell give you a DL about the 1 Shot Express Transport. This company it self I do not know much, but I know that they should trained their staffs a little more on make promising to their customers. Here are the step-by-step I've gone to that drives me insanse for trying to get my refund back. I'm hoping no one will be in the same situation like I am in. Please beaware of a company that's not part of BBB. 1. Sign the contract on Friday (9/16/11) with 1 Shot Express Transport because Rene (the rep) told me there's two drivers out in my area and can pick up my car on Sunday (9/18/11), with him promising he'll call me on Saturday (9/17/11) to let me know who's the driver and fax me over the copy of the driver insurance, I waited all morning, no calls. I then call to the company, I heard "...you're the first caller, someone will be with you shortly.", I've been a 1st caller for 52 mins. I hung up and then call again, they then pick it up and put me to voicemail. This happen 5 times and then I gave up. 2. Sunday (9/18/11) though I should just waited for the driver to call me. Since Rene and David (Dispatcher) told me the driver will call 2-4 hours before he came. Waited and waited for a phone call, nothing happen. 3. Monday (9/19/11), call to cancel my order since I've heard nothing from them because they've promise my car will be picked up on Sunday. David (dispatcher) gave me an excuse that on Saturday, the owner has a family emergency so the owner call all the staff to not work that day. I told him what about the promise they make for Sunday, he told me that the driver truck broke down and there will be someone on Tuesday (9/20/11). But when I talk to a rep at the CentralDispatch.com, they told me that my car is still posted online to find a driver, which mean, THERE IS NO DRIVER ASSIGN YET! I also told David that I just want to cancel my order and I want my refund back, he told me that if I cancel right now, I won't get my refund back....for hell sake..I follow the terms and conditions on this contract and cancel it before the seven (7) days, but he still want to keep my money. 4. Try to cancel again on Tuesday (9/20/11), the rep told me that David (dispatcher) will call me in couple of minutes, but as times goes by, he hasn't called yet. I mean, OMG, I just want to cancel my order, is that too hard to understand?!?!?!?! I'm just so tired of dealing with a company that's not worth screaming and pulling my hair out. So, my advice to you all, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company and DO NOT gave out your credit card because they surely can get your money fast and gave you the slowest and poor service ever.
